This is another image of Mount Hood in Oregon taken from Sno Park (or West Sno Park), also showing White River in the foreground. Image was taken in and around April 2016. You can still see snow on the mountain. All images are taken with a Canon 5D III (full frame) and a Canon 7D II (crop frame) using a variety of Canon L-Series lenses, and Tamron and Sigma pro-line lenses; processed in RAW with ACR, PSC, Photomatix, and a variety of other imaging software. The Red Roof Covered Bridge was created using a soft watercolor technique. This technique uses subtle colors and brush strokes creating a warm traditional look. The viewpoint of the art print is to emphasize the red roof against the natural setting of this covered bridge. The setting is the south central portion of Oregon where off the beaten path you can find numerous covered bridges. The setting is serene and the appeal of covered bridges is timeless. It's a telephone room from Battery Mishler which was once a harbor defense command post during World War II. the alcove where the phone once stood now stands empty as theconrete begins to crumble around it. the under ground lighting makes it appear white with blue tones and shadows.

A digital recreation of the famous National Forest signs.

In this dreamy, softly focused, black and white photographic pattern, a branch of white bleeding hearts whose blossoms glow in the sun, arcs upward. Several other sprigs of heart shaped flowers hang downward in the background while patterns of sunlight and shadow create star-like shapes on the leaves in the lower right corner. The darker background causes the flowers to stand out more.

Watercolor 11x15", 2008. Large Araceae flower ( draconius vulgaris--also known as dragon lily, voodoo lily, dragon arum, or stink lily) resembling a large purple passionflower blooms on a background glazed with a light minty green. This Painting was done entirely from memory.

Oregon Bridge is a sepia tone photographic art print of an old covered bridge in Oregon. I was traveling the backcountry on a covered bridge photo shoot, when I came across this scene. I love the look of covered bridges and knew this would make a great sepia photograph.
