Barmouth Bridge is a Grade II listed wooden railway viaduct across the River Mawddach in West Wales. It is 764 yards long and was opened in 1867. This view was taken on a late April afternoon and is looking south along the bridge towards the railway station at Morfa Mawddach, showing the single track of the Cambrian Railway and the mouth of the River Mawddach.

Gazing over the edge into infinity from the top of the Schafberg in St. Wolfgang Austria. Traveling up to the peak from the valley on the Cog Railway is a great experience. Gliders also play in the updrafts along the vertical face.

*Snae Fell Mountain Railway, Isle of Man* Number of views as of 21st February 2019 = 1990. Car number 2 approaching the terminus at the summit of Snae Fell on the Isle of Man, 2036 feet above sea level. When clear, it is said that the mountain offers views of Six Kingdoms - the island itself, Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales and Heaven above. The 5 mile line was opened in 1895 and operates with 6 identical cars. It joins the Manx Electric Railway at Laxey. The mast on the left is part of the NATS (National Air Traffic Services) radio station situated on top of the mountain. During the winter months, the power lines for the electric railway are removed to protect them from damage by icing and NATS staff are transported ...
