Semper Pillows
Description: "Oorah" is a battle cry common in the United States Marine Corps since the mid-20th century. The term became popular in Korea in 1953, when Marines began using "aarugha" as a motivational tool, which eventually molded itself into "oorah". Despite what some Marines might think, "oorah" has nothing to do with the U.S. Army, and it is not the old Ottoman word for "kill".
Description: As a woman and artist engaged to my beloved Veteran Marine in my life, I hear all about various forms of military humor through him - the biggest one referring to “Crayon Eaters” … as an artist my imagination can take his descriptions and create the most literal variations of them - hence my Bulldog Marine Devil Dogs + Crayons… I hope you LOVE it and plan to share it with your beloved [and much respected] Marine Corps counterpart, wife, son, husband, uncle, aunt, niece, daughter, grandparent …whatever the case may be. If you’re the Marine, thank you for your service and Semper Fi!!!!
Description: After her husband is murdered just hours after their wedding, Marine Sergeant Rachel Cole teams up with Frank Castle to bring the killers to justice, she and Frank both wearing this more ghostly, Metal Gear Solid-esque painted version of the traditional skull logo during Greg Rucka's run.
