Description: Aladdin's Castle was a series of arcade locations, first conceptualized in 1969 by Jules Millman. The arcade chain was sold to Bally Manufacturing in 1974, and was acquired by Namco Operations (later known as Namco USA) in 1992; the arcade was given loose Pac-Man theming under both companies' ownership. Following the closure of Namco USA in 2021, the last remaining Aladdin's Castle location was stripped of its original branding, and now operates under a different name ("At the Pier Arcade").
Description: Hyde Oldsmobile–Toyota was one of Cobb County's best-known automobile dealerships from the late 1960s through the early 1980s. Located on Bankhead Highway (now Veterans Memorial Highway) in Mableton, it was a landmark business for generations of South Cobb residents. They did an advertising campaign with Archie Campbell of Hee Haw!
Description: The Bankhead Drive-In Theater was one of Atlanta's most iconic outdoor movie theaters and a beloved landmark for more than three decades. It became famous not only for its movies but also for its unforgettable architecture. The theater opened on May 12, 1950, at 3350 Bankhead Highway NW (today's Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway), on Atlanta's west side. It was operated by the Georgia Theater Company and could accommodate approximately 650 automobiles. What made the Bankhead Drive-In instantly recognizable was its massive neon "curtain" screen tower.
