Main Tag:
Description: A detailed scientific illustration of a radiograph-style hand with the bones visible and a ring, inspired by the first X-ray image of 1895, set against a deep dark background. In 1895 Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen discovered a new kind of rays able to pass through the body and reveal the bones. His first radiograph showed his wife's hand with her ring. X-rays transformed medicine. Made for doctors, nurses, medical students and everyone who works in healthcare, it suits a clinic, consulting room, study or student room.
