Description: I've been reading World War Z. It's a lot of fun - creepy - but fun! There was an excerpt on page 92, about the battle in Yonkers, that inspired another propaganda poster: We shake hands under the station's mural of VICTORY, easily the most recognizable image of the American experience in World War Z. Originally taken from a photograph, it depicts a squad of soldiers standing on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River, their backs turned to us as they watch dawn break over Manhattan. The quote struck an image, and an idea. In a war, is victory worth the cost? Is there ever truly a victor when everything loved and fought for is destroyed? Drawn in Corel Draw and manipulated in Photoshop.
