I survived the 2020 toilet paper shortage! Thanks for nothing hoarders!

Watercolour and ink on 140 lb. Arches, cold press. This watercolour was painted through scrunched up and then spread out white tissue paper in an attempt to create the textured look on the watercolour paper beneath. I then waited for it to almost dry, removed the tissue and added the details using mainly negative painting. It is always a surprise when the tissue is removed. Sometimes it is quite pleasant and sometimes it is not.
