Magnets
Description: Prints from my original mixed media painting on cardboard. Abstract, with contrasting colours and patterns, there's an uncanny resemblance to Malaspina Glacier, Alaska as imaged from space by NASA, posted on social media only days after I completed this work. Check out NASA's images!
Description: Prints from my original mixed media artwork on cardboard panel. Semi-abstract piece depicting expression of joy through dance, of being part of nature and freedom from such simple acts as feeling rain on your skin, grass under your feet, and wind in your hair.
Rain dance II/II Magnet

Description: An enduring love for the ocean and all its creatures inspired this abstract drawing on paper. I used a beautiful set of blue and grey pastels, which I applied direct from the pastel itself and blended with my fingers. It was a lovely sensory experience! These pastels were gifted to me by a loved one, from Toulouse, France.
Moody Blue Fish Magnet

Description: Prints (I-III) from my original acrylic painting on canvas. Abstract but inspired by watching the air and ocean currents, animated on a weather map on television one day. Some of the whorls and swirls remind me of fingerprints ("dermatoglyphs"). The painting became an exercise in mindfulness!

Description: Prints from my original charcoal drawing on paper. Say cheese! Frightening to behold, thankfully, this vicious fishy lurks only in the make-believe world of a nightmarish underwater fairy tale. Not one for the children!

Description: Prints from my original oil pastel drawing on paper. Whilst abstract, there is something about this that suggests an urban environment to me. I’m not really a city person, but there are those who absolutely thrive on the buzzing energy, diversity and excitement of The Big Smoke.
