Description: Robert and Doris Earl began their circus careers as aerialist, the duo performed at circuses, fairs and amusement parks. In 1964 the couple took out the "Robert G. Earl Circus" with Doris as the featured aerialist. The show was a mild success and was only on the road for two seasons, 1965-1965. There is very little in or mat ion is available on this show. For the next few years Robert and Doris worked on various shows, Robert as a show electrician and Doris as an aerialist then later in ticket sales. In 1974 they once again opened a show the "Roberts Bros. Circus", the new show was bit larger and with better equipment than on the Earl's first circus. The Roberts Bros became a beautiful small family show.
