Description: While lifeguards have been around since the first Hawaiian hotel opened in 1901, ushering in the modern era of tourism, it was the Territory of Hawaii Act 201 that officially established a "Life-Saving Patrol" for Waikiki Beach that officially created the Ocean Safety Division of Oahu. Act 201 called for assignment to Waikiki Beach of two members not less than 18 and not older than 40 years of age, who were "selected for their strength and ability as swimmers and boatmen, and shall be expert in the use of the methods of resuscitation." Today there are quite a few more tourists and locals alike enjoying the beaches, so there are considerably more lifeguards on duty to help keep everyone safe in the often unpredictable waters of Hawaii. Description: It is different from the easy-inking band T that prints the album jacket as it is, and the maniac artist who leaves his name in rock history actually wears what he was wearing. This T-shirt was worn by Ian Dury, an artist representing pub rock. It is a piece that I want more realistic and core rock fans to wear.
