Description: This one goes out to all my fellow essential retail workers. The grocery and super store associates that qualify as an essential business, who are unable to shut down during this time. The world would stop turning without us minimum wage grunts. Of course health workers truly deserve our support during this time and the world really would end without them thank you so much!
Description: This illustration is a glimpse into the world of the language of flowers and the symbolism they can represent. I feel that roses have become a little over represented in art, and so I created this illustration to combat that. This design is from a scanned watercolor and ink drawing. Flowers include: daisies for attachment, Jasmine for faithfulness, geraniums for sincerity, sunflowers for adoration, cornflowers for riches, and lily of the valley for return of happiness.
Description: Topaz Crystal is a design from my Birthstones waercolor painting series. This is topaz, the birthstone for november. Upon uploading this I realize it looks more like a chicken nugget than a gem. Interpret it as you will. One fun fact I did find while researching gems is that you can buy a whole pound of topaz from Arizona for $10, but I know my local gem store sells them for $4 a piece. Marketing is crazy.
