Intersex people have physical sex characteristics that are in-between what is defined as male or female, they can be any gender or sexuality, and may not have visible characteristics, a person with sex chromosomes other than xy or xx can be considered intersex (xxxy for example,) and may not even be aware that they are. Austin (he/they) from Hollow Heart, is a pansexual demi boy, and Pinefire (he/him) is a warriors oc, he is neptunic, and trans masculine, he was also the first lgbt+ character I ever made!
