Description: Asian Pacific American Heritage Month is a time to celebrate the heritage and achievements of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States. It's also a time to come together and recognize our collective struggles and triumphs. Every year, President George H. W. Bush declared May as Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, starting in 1990.
