He rules spirits of pestilence, inflicting plagues, epidemics, and wasting diseases. He commands aerial demons that unleash storms, toxic vapors, and airborne infections. He used to be an angel back then; now he has become a fallen one because of his destructive and aggressive behavior in heaven, which explains his broken halo.
