Kananaskis Bags

Description: Mount Allan, Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada ski poster

Description: The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train on its way through the Canadian Rockies; this stop was in Canmore under a bright full moon. It was fun doing a bit of train chasing through the mountains -- especially since it was very easy to pick it out as it went!

Description: If you ever have had the pleasure of heading here, you know what I mean when I say it's breathtaking!

Description: This beautiful view is Rawson Lake, in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park in Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada. A steep hike leads you to this mountain lake full of trout.

Description: An assortment of wildflowers found in Banff National Park, Canada. Some of my favourite flowers are pictured: lilies, asters, roses, paintbrushes, arnicas and columbines. Wildflowers bloom briefly and are an absolute treat to discover on a hike.
