The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train on its way through the Canadian Rockies; this stop was in Canmore under a bright full moon. It was fun doing a bit of train chasing through the mountains -- especially since it was very easy to pick it out as it went!

An assortment of wildflowers found in Banff National Park, Canada. Some of my favourite flowers are pictured: lilies, asters, roses, paintbrushes, arnicas and columbines. Wildflowers bloom briefly and are an absolute treat to discover on a hike.
