I designed this Tiki based on the traditional style that all Kiwi’s know and love and added in the drum for a bit of fun. A reminder of home for a Kiwi on their O.E, a drummer player, for anyone really.

This is my fun take on a popular wooden bee toy that nearly all New Zealand ( Kiwi ) children have when they are growing up. I have replaced the bees face with a stylized Hei Tiki design. Hei Tiki is an iconic Maori design. This bee toy is pulled along the floor by a string. As the wheels turn the wings spin.
