Latourell Falls is a waterfall along the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon, within the Guy W. Talbot State Park. The Historic Columbia River Highway passes nearby, and at certain locations Lower Latourell Falls are visible from the road. However, in order to visit the Upper Latourell Falls, visitors must hike along a 2 mile loop trail. Latourell Falls is unique among the best-known Columbia Gorge waterfalls, in the way that it drops straight down from an overhanging cliff. Most of the falls in that area, even the famous Multnomah Falls, tumble to some degree.
