Description: This is my watercolor and ink painting of flying fish jumping and gliding over the sea. I was inspired to do this painting after seeing these kinds of fish from a boat. Barbados is known as the land of the flying fish and is one of their national symbols. Two flying fish glide above a vast expanse of ocean, their wings extended as they soar near the surface. The sky is partially cloudy, creating a serene and dynamic seascape.
Description: A monochrome, detailed depiction of a flying fish leaping from ocean waves. The fish is shown in profile with its fins spread, appearing to glide through the air. The waves are stylized with sharp lines and foam accents. The background is a gradient of dark grey to black with a subtle spotlight effect.
