Glass Tower Cards
Description: Architect Doug Roberts returns to San Francisco for the dedication of the Glass Tower, which he designed for developer James Duncan. The tower, 1,688 feet (515 m) tall and 138 stories, is the world's tallest building. During testing, an electrical short starts an undetected fire on the 81st floor just after another such short occurs in the main utility room. Upon learning this, Roberts sees the wiring is inadequate and suspects that Roger Simmons, the electrical subcontractor and Duncan's son-in-law, cut corners. Roberts confronts Simmons, who feigns innocence.
Description: John Hancock Tower rises as New England's tallest building and an icon of modern design, according to the poster's own tagline. The retro travel-ad scene sets the glass rhomboid skyscraper against red brick buildings, a historic church steeple, and an orange and white streetcar on the Boston street below.
Description: A vibrant digital art piece in a stained glass mosaic style, featuring a modern city skyline at night. A prominent observation tower stands tall against a golden sunset and a deep blue, swirling starry sky. Perfect for lovers of urban architecture, post-impressionist vibes like Van Gogh's Starry Night, and bold, colorful mosaic patterns.
Description: A circular emblem features a cartoon man with wide eyes and a grimace, wearing red boxing gloves. Behind him, the Eiffel Tower is visible with two French flags on either side. Text around the circle reads "GLASS JOE'S BOXING SCHOOL" and "LEARN HOW TO TAKE A PUNCH LIKE A CHAMP!". The style is cartoonish and humorous.
Description: A striking vertical vector illustration depicting a bustling metropolis in a classic stained glass mosaic pattern. The design showcases a towering communication structure reminiscent of the CN Tower next to a glowing sun or moon, surrounded by abstract swirling clouds and skyscrapers. Ideal for fans of city travel, bold graphic designs, and unique glass art aesthetics.
Description: This is a view up into the octagonal tower of Ely Cathedral, in Cambridgeshire, England. I've long had a fascination with the remarkable medieval cathedrals of Europe. While they all follow a similar pattern, being laid out in the form of a cross, with a nave, presbytery, choir, high altar, etc., there's so much variance within the theme. They are clearly the product of craftsmanship of the highest order, but more importantly, they are imbued with a deep sense of faith.

Description: This is a photograph of a building in Birmingham's financial area in the city centre. This photo was taken back in February 2020 for a competition which I won! The brief was to take photos of Birmingham's architecture in an interesting but corporate style. Perfect as a sleek, urban art print, phone case, or travel-inspired home decor piece for anyone who loves UK cityscapes, minimalist architectural lines, and bold geometric perspectives.
