Description: The annual performance review seen from the HR side: 412 people reviewed, a five-point scale actually used at three points, 26 hours of calibration, and outcomes changed: zero. Twelve months. Three boxes. A deadpan data panel for anyone who runs the process, sits through the calibration meeting, or has ever been told they meet expectations. This one prints in the color for dark garments. The version for light garments is here: https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/98917294-meets-expectations-annual-review-panel-light-shirt
