Description: When scientists Clive and Warren - who were trying to develop an anger inhibitor with which to end domestic and urban rage worldwide - decided to test their inhibitor on chimpanzees and at least one human subject, they exposed chimps at the Primate Research Centre to the anger inhibitor, using the Ebola Virus as a delivery system. Over the course of two weeks, isolated genomes in the Ebola Virus reacted to the inhibitor, and mutated it into the Rage Virus. (28 Days Later: The Aftermath)

Description: Real Genius is a 1985 American science fiction comedy film set on the campus of Pacific Tech, a science and engineering university. The plot follows genius senior Chris Knight, who is tasked with working on a space laser, only to learn it will be used as a weapon by the CIA. Knight, being a slacker and pacifist, doesn't like the idea of working on weapon systems, so he applies himself to making sure the project fails. One of the various t-shirts he wears in the film is one for the International Order For Gorillas, a presumably fictitious environmental organization out to save the gorillas or something.
Description: A dark scene depicting multiple silhouette figures of primates of various sizes interacting with a tall, rectangular, grey structure. Some primates are shown pushing or reaching upwards towards the structure's surface. The background is entirely black, and the structure has a subtle pinkish hue on its left edge.

Description: Does anybody remember that band The Pixies? Literally music to recycle tin cans by right? They had a release in 1989 called Monkey Gone to Heaven. I often thought if only somebody would have saved that poor monkey from whatever fate befell him that humanity would also have been saved from 34 years of suffering through that grating song. Save the monkey-Save humanity. I beg you.
