Christmasbeast Merch
Description: Turoń (say: TOO-rohn) is the horned, black, shaggy beast of Polish Christmas caroling: a carved wooden head on a stick with a clacking jaw and a bell, worn by a caroler hidden under a blanket. It burst into the house with the carolers, danced, snapped at the girls and, by tradition, brought a fertile year. To get it out again, the host paid the carolers off with coins and a gift from the pantry. Original engraving-style artwork: the beast under a caroler's star on a snowy night. The version for light garments is here: https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/100066321-turo-polish-christmas-beast-christmas-folklore-lig
