Swatch Merch
Description: Bring grounded, natural tones to your gear with this earthy painterly brushstroke design. Blending rich moss green, raw umber, warm ocher, and mustard yellow in a textured diagonal patch, this graphic embodies a subtle wabi-sabi aesthetic. Set on a transparent background, it excels on stickers, phone cases, tote bags, and modern wall prints.
Description: A gauge swatch drawn like an engineer's part: thirty-four stitches by forty-eight rows of stockinette, a garter border four stitches wide, and a measuring window - twenty by twenty-eight stitches, four inches square, close enough to count. The notes carry what everyone skips: wash and block before measuring, count the middle, not the border, needle size is a suggestion but gauge is the requirement. Off half a stitch per inch over two hundred stitches, and the sweater runs four inches wider than planned. Plate 10 in a series of technical drawings of craft things. This one prints in the color for dark garments. The version for light garments is here: https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/99242132-anatomy-of-a-gauge-swatch-light-shirts
Description: The color of the year 2022 has been announced. Celebrate with this swatch of periwinkle blue now known as very peri. The minimal typography design is a rectangle of blue with the text very peri repeated around the outside and the year 2022. Happy New Year 2022. Edit: This color has become one of my favorites.
Description: a tiny gauge swatch tossed aside with a sparkle for the no gauge swatch gang, drawn in a cute naive hand-drawn style with bold saturated colors and a cozy crafty feel. This original design celebrates the crochet and knitting maker community with relatable yarn hoarder humor and inside jokes for anyone who loves fiber arts, a growing yarn stash, and one more row before bed. A charming, funny and cozy look for crocheters, knitters and crafty makers.

Description: The gauge swatch is the step many knitters promise to do and quietly skip. This design celebrates the rare time it actually happened. A neat little square of knitting lies flat beside a plain ruler, with the two needles that made it resting nearby. The words I SWATCHED THIS TIME sit above and below in bold rounded lettering. It is a gentle joke for knitters who know exactly why this counts as an achievement.
