Cancelled again........This is a photograph taken of my original work in progress and is extrapolated to make in immediate impact and image, it is a black painting 8 feet by 36 inches approx on a homemade box canvas, the painting is still wet and shows the reflection of the light from outside. Sure, you can chuck in all the religous conotations about hope and resolution at the end but in the meantime Operations are getting cancelled delayed in favour of other discovered procedures that need to be under taken first but not just yet we need to do something else before that and the cancellations, postponements continue whilst those in need wait.....Message art...I think you get the message. Common chicory flowers, also known as blue sailors, coffeeweed, or succory-- and sometimes mistaken for cornflowers, blooms at the edge of a field. Basking in the brilliant summer sunlight, fluttering in the breeze, and showing their pistols and stamen in sharp detail, one of these lovely blue blossoms glows almost iridescent white in the sunlight as the other turns away in shadow.

Turbary Collage, February 2021 Turbary Common is the largest remaining area of heathland in North Bournemouth (Dorset, England) and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Despite being surrounded on all sides by industrial and residential neighbourhoods, the common is a haven for wildlife, including rare birds and all six species of British reptile. Date: 26th February 2021.

Scanning electron micrograph of a diamond stylus travelling through the grooves of a long-playing, stereo record. The grooves are cut into a flat disc of polyvinyl chloride. The groove varies with the intensity of the music: the straighter the groove the quieter the music, the wavier the groove (as here) the louder the music. The stylus picks up the music modulation from the sloping sides & transmits it to the cartridge, where a piezoelectric crystal or an electromagnet converts the vibration into an electrical signal. Although thoroughly cleaned, this needle is encrusted with dirt. Magnification: x30 at 35mm size, x220 at 8x10-inch size. Reference: MICROCOSMOS, figure 9.16, page 182.
