1658 Crewneck Sweatshirts

Highland Cattle are a Scottish cattle breed. They are adapted to the cold weather and stay outside throughout the year. We have been raising these fluffy cows since 2007 on our farm in Finland.

Antique old world map featuring the Americas by Nicolaes Visscher, 1658. The map shows North and South America, California as an island and Greenland at the top. The upper cartouche is a dedication for Cornelius Witsen. Novissima et accuratissima totius Americae descriptio per Nicolaes Visscher.

The map is richly decorated with scenes from Greek mythology set within elaborate cartouches at each corner. These scenes are based on drawings by Nicolaes Berchem. Berchem was a pupil of Rembrandt, who trained him in his workshop.
