This is the view of the Three Sisters at Katoomba if you climb down the Furber stairs or take the Scenic Railway or Skyway down into the Jamison Valley. I haven't seen this view before & thought the overhanging leaves gave the view a nice touch. It is enjoyable to go on a bush walk, breathe in the fresh air and take in the sights of the surrounding landscape, feeling the uneven ground beneath our feet. We can imagine walking along this rocky path leading to the gorgeous blue mountains in the distance. The Rocky Path oil painting was created from a reference photo I chose at the Splashout Studios Art Class in Marino Rocks, where I worked on this painting and in my studio at home.
