Inspired by the ‘A Court of Thorns and Roses’ series by Sarah J. Maas. I decided to create a map to show how I imagined the different courts of Prythian looked. This version has been digitally enhanced to make it even more vibrant and detailed, and more so reflects the original piece. Both versions however are still available if you prefer the original. If you would prefer a different colour background on any of the objects or prints available just send me a message and I can change it to whatever you may prefer. The original drawing was done on a 11x14 size sheet of Strathmore Bristol Vellum using Caran d'ache Luminance and Faber Castell Polychromos coloured pencils.

Alpine in Cyan Blue is a digitally altered image of a collagraph print plate that I made. What that mean is that it started its life as a work of collage which was then coated with a protective surface so as to enable it to be inked to make collagraph prints. I took a photograph of the collagraph plate and then digitally changed the colour to make it look like an old blue and white cyanotype photograph.

Rachel Ruysch (1664 – 1750)was a Dutch still-life painter from the Northern Netherlands. She specialized in flowers, inventing her own style and achieving international fame in her lifetime. Due to a long and successful career that spanned over six decades, she became the best documented woman painter of the Dutch Golden Age, being followed by Jan van Huysum, who took flower painting to another degree of popularity

Jan Pauwel Gillemans the Younger (1651 - 1704) was a Flemish still life painter. He worked in a range of still life genres including flower and fruit still lifes, banquet still lifes, pronkstillevens and hunting pieces. He collaborated with figure painters to create landscapes which combined a mythological or allegorical scene with a still life. He worked and lived in Antwerp, Middelburg, London and Amsterdam.

Balthasar van der Ast (1593 - 1657) was a Dutch Golden Age painter who specialized in still lifes of flowers and fruit, as well as painting a number of remarkable shell still lifes; he is considered to be a pioneer in the genre of shell painting. His still lifes often contain insects and lizards.

This photo is an image of some frosty winter holly with a frost covered cobweb. The spiders web had is highlihted by the dew drops of the frosty winters morning sun. The original photgraphc iimage has been digitally enhanced to bring out the colors up to more vibrant shades. The red berries on the holly look very festive amongst the greenary of the holly leaves, This holly image makes nice christmas products.

O.D. Ottesen (1816-1892) was a Danish Painter of still life predominantly floral arrangements. Ottesen studied under J.G. Berg at the Academy in Copenhagen between 1834 and 1843. He became a member of the Academy in 1866 and professor in 1874.
