This salamander has a mucus like substance it excretes from its body to make slithering through mud easier.It lives near river banks and swampy areas.Although not an amphibian it spends a lot of it's time in the water.It's excretions double up as a defense mechanism against predatorial animals.Contact with it causes severe rashes.

Newton is new in Town! This lucky carnivore grew itself a nifty pair of bat-like wings. It sky glides into the water and catches its prey with fierce precision biting down and releasing a paralyzing toxin into its victim. It proceeds to carry it and swallow it whole. It breeds in early summer in a ritualistic sky dance where it tangles itself up with its mate.
