mermaid lagoon inspired by all the beautiful shades of blacks and browns. Created using sketckbook pro on my tablet

A custom design requested by a client, for a painting of a mother mermaid and her daughters with a mythical Phoenix bird. Set in an enchanted forest cove background with wandering streams gives this painting a truly magical effect.

That's all. Because I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on my original mermaid design, I really wanted to give it an updated look with a fresh color palette. The original is still available in my store :)

Mermaids are Real and I love them in the Ocean

A cute and bubbly siren! Or so she seems to be... She's adorable on the outside, but there's a lot more to her than looks. She can be just as vicious as she is cute - so don't mess with her! She's gossipy and mischievous, but she cares a lot for her friends! So I guess what I'm saying...is stay on her good side. Part of the Mermaid Lagoon series of characters by Kati Treu.
