The Hellraiser Pinhead Design is inspired by Clive Barker's supernatural horror franchise Hellraiser, which has spawned numerous films, comic books, video games and music. The original Hellraiser, written and directed by Barker from his own short story, starred Doug Bradley as the iconic Cenobite named Pinhead. Bradley reprised his role in the next seven films.
