If you have a chronic illness then you probably know about the spoon theory & how we call ourselves 'spoonies'. It takes spoons to cook, shower, work, socialize, and play. If you’re “saving spoons,” it means you can’t do too much today because you know you need to do stuff tomorrow! Sometimes when you have an invisible chronic illness, you have that incredible urge to say your feelings out loud!
