Chronic Illness T-Shirts
Description: If you have a chronic illness then you probably know about the spoon theory & how we call ourselves 'spoonies'. This cute design lets you walk around with some spare little spoons (cause you never know when you might run out). This sweet little pocket full of spoons is a friendly reminder that we spoonies run on very little energy... and we could always use some more spare spoons!

Description: People often shame chronically ill people by saying they are lazy. Much like Sam the sloth who likes to sit peacefully and meditate. It's a way of saving our energy and sometimes we have no choice but to sit still and rest for a while.
Description: What Life With A Chronic Illness Is Like: Ran Out Of Spoons is about Spoon Theory, a metaphor for how much energy (spoons) a person has available each day, and how spoonies have a limited number, forcing them to carefully plan each day to not run out of spoons.
