If you have a chronic illness then you probably know about the spoon theory & how we call ourselves 'spoonies'. This cute design lets you walk around with some spare little spoons (cause you never know when you might run out). This sweet little pocket full of spoons is a friendly reminder that we spoonies run on very little energy... and we could always use some more spare spoons!

Many illnesses and diseases are invisible yet still very physical. It’s hard for people to understand when they can’t see it. These different awareness ribbons will help to show support and raise awareness for these hidden conditions.

Not all disabilities are visible! Raising awareness doesn't need to be dull.

If you have chronic pain or an invisible illness, you know how long it takes to explain it to someone new. Let this design manage their expectations. Don't let your medical history take up valuable time to explain to someone who isn't ready to hear it. Set the tone of the conversation early.
