Ghost World Merch
Description: The Ghost Army was a US Army tactical deception unit during World War II officially known as the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops. The unit was given a unique mission: to deceive Hitler's forces and mislead them as to the size and location of Allied forces, while giving the actual units elsewhere time to maneuver. Some of the tactics the Ghost Army created were deceptive inflatable tanks, fake airfields, and complex sound effects. Their story was kept secret until it was declassified in 1996.
Description: Ghost world is boring, the oppressive quiet of the city, the end of an era, first love, the beginning of something else and elsewhere. Ghost world is a bit what we leave behind us to move forward. Ghost world c'est l'ennui, le calme de la ville oppressante, la fin du époque, les premiers émois, le commencement d'autre chose et ailleurs. Ghost world c'est un peu ce que nous laissons derrière nous pour avancer.
Description: In this spooky rendition of The World tarot card, we see a petrifying specter passing through an ornate mirror from our world to the next. The mirror's oval shape signifies the cyclical nature of life & death, as does the ghostly figure looming before us. In each corner hangs an image of a cherub, an eagle, a bull, and a lion. These illustrations represent the four fixed signs of the zodiac Aquarius, Scorpio, Taurus, & Leo. They bring stability to this apparition as she passes from one realm to the next.
