Description: Meet Megatherium, the mighty prehistoric giant ground sloth! 🦥🌿 This enormous Ice Age herbivore roamed South America millions of years ago and could reach the size of a modern elephant. Despite its intimidating size and powerful claws, Megatherium was primarily a plant-eater, using its strength to pull down vegetation and reach leaves. Perfect for dinosaur lovers, prehistoric animal enthusiasts, paleontology fans, and anyone fascinated by extinct megafauna. This vintage-inspired prehistoric creature design brings an ancient giant back to life.
Description: A giant ground sloth skeleton rendered in bold linocut-style forms, with heavy ivory bone masses, deep crimson accents and stark black negative space. Based on an early nineteenth-century comparative osteology plate of Megatherium, combining palaeontological anatomy with severe gothic printmaking.
