Improvisation Hats
Description: Inspired by one of my favourite improv games: "New Choice"*, but it also fits for anyone considering a big change in their life, or calling for a change in the status quo. In the game, the players act out a scene whilst someone directs from offstage, shouting "New Choice" whenever they feel players should come up with something different- (or, preferably, better)
Description: Drying dishes in a scene? Nope Holding a tray of food during a walk on as a waiter? Sorry Poor Improv T-Rex can't catch a break. He knows object work is important to establish the reality of the scene, but his short, stubby arms weren't made for building an environment. At least he can Zip Zap Zop. Artist: Emily Bartsch Watson

It is also used in business and other organizations as a principle that improves the effectiveness of the brainstorming process, fosters effective communication, and encourages the free sharing of ideas.
