Description: “Putangina" is a term in Filipino that is considered vulgar and profane. It is a colloquial expression that combines the words "puta" (whore) and "ina" (mother). As such, it is an offensive and strong curse word in Tagalog, the official language of the Philippines. Sometimes, it can also be used as an expression in a casual conversation to express very strong emotions - whether it be surprise, anger, incredulity. It all depends on how it’s used.
