Description: The Brooklyn Dodgers were founded in 1946 as a member of the AAFC along with the Cleveland Browns and the San Fransisco 49ers. Confusingly, there was an NFL team named the Brooklyn Dodgers that went defunct in 1945. The design was one I found going thru a sketchbook. I had intended on using it the first time I worked on a modernized Brooklyn Dodgers team uniform and hadn't gotten around to it at the time. Now, with a better handle on Flexisign, I decided to work thru it. The kid's long sleeve default is kelly green because my son wanted it to be. Green is his favorite color and if there's one of my own designs I order, this might be it.
Description: The Brooklyn Dodgers, a professional baseball team, was established in 1898 until they moved to Los Angeles in 1957. This collage is of the 1911 Brooklyn Dodgers. They started out as the Brooklyn Trolley Dodgers named after how people had to dodge the trollies going up and down the streets of Brooklyn. It was eventually shortened to Brooklyn Dodgers.
Description: The Brooklyn Dodgers were a Major League Baseball team founded in 1883 as the Brooklyn Grays. In 1884, it became a member of the American Association as the Brooklyn Atlantics before joining the National League in 1890. They remained in Brooklyn, New York, until 1957, after which the club moved to Los Angeles, where it continues its history as the Los Angeles Dodgers.
