If you go to Iceland, one of the most popular things to do is to drive the Golden Circle; a trip that takes you to Thingvellir, Geysir, and Gullfoss. This image is of some hills as you travel between Thingvellir and Geysir, near the village of Laugarvatn. I really liked the simple layering in this image: the sky, the dark hillside, and the golden foreground.

Rolling farmland to the North of Linlithgow, West Lothian, Scotland, taken from the banks of the Union Canal, a little bit East from the Railway Station. The tower of the Grange (a large Country House) can be seen in the centre of the shot. Incidently, Linlithgow is the town where I was born. I lived there until I married. Three bracketed JPGs converted to HDR in Photomatix Pro.

The county of Northumberland is England's most northerly and also its least densely populated. This image was taken on a beautiful August afternoon looking west out over the moorland near Newton on the Moor towards the Simonside Hills.

Approaching the picturesque village of Sulham in West Berkshire. The walk has taken us across the meadows from Tidmarsh and we are about to cross the Sul Brook before entering the village. Behind the lovely old thatched cottage ahead is Sulham Wood - an area of mixed woodland edged here by beechwoods. To our left along the narrow lane is Pangbourne and behind us Tidmarsh. The image has a coloured pencil art finish.

This is a large painting created as an exhibit in the Fall Fair in our small little town. The theme is "Blue Jeans and Country Dreams" With Farming in mind and the spirit of nature and growing food I am excited to release this new painting.
