The inlet of Willie Creek, near Broome in Western Australia is very picturesque! Captured on a Canon 5DS with the 11-24mm lens while flying in an R44 Robinson Helicopter, don't fly drones near here, it is illegal and dangerous as there is a helipad very close by!

This design is inspired by the Alaska Cook Inlet. Cook Inlet, branch of the Gulf of Alaska, Alaska, U.S. Situated in the North Pacific Ocean, it is bounded by the Kenai Peninsula on the east and extends northeast. The inlet is fed by the Susitna, Matanuska, and Kenai rivers. The city of Anchorage in southern Alaska is situated near the head of the inlet (which receives the Susitna River), where Turnagain Arm stretches southeast and Knik Arm northeast. In 1778 the British navigator Captain James Cook entered the inlet during his search for the Northwest Passage. The cities of Kenai and Homer are located along the inlet.

The sun sets under the Indian River Inlet Bridge - as seen from the north shore jetty at the outer end of the inlet. The bridge and inlet are just north of the town of Bethany Beach, Delaware and are surrounded by the Delaware Seashore State Park. The suspended portion of this cable-stayed bridge is one half mile long and provides smooth access for traffic north and south along the coastal highway on Route 1, connecting the towns of Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach - and points farther south and north. It is a central architectural feature at the Delaware Seashore State Park, which attracts visitors, beach-goers and vacationers by the thousands.

An abnormally high tide, a Spring Tide, creates a different view of a sunset at the Indian River Inlet of the Delaware Seashore State Park just north of Bethany Beach. The Charles W. Cullen Bridge over the inlet creates a unique silhouette against the orange/yellow/pink sky with the small orb of the setting sun almost sitting on the bridge itself.

Murrells Inlet, located in the Grand Strand region of South Carolina, is a charming coastal town renowned for its picturesque marsh views, seafood restaurants, and laid-back atmosphere.
