Description: Best Friend of Kaszube's Park • Milwaukee, WI: Located on Jones Island, it is the smallest park in the county, perhaps the entire state! The park is meant to commemorate the people referred to as Kashubes, immigrants who settled on the "island" and formed a vibrant urban fishing community after being forced from northern Poland by Prussia in the 1800s. The iconic Jones' Island Smokestack, Hoan Bridge & Allen-Bradley Clock Tower can all be seen surrounding the park.
