Wayne, aka 'Honey Bear,' lived in an apartment at the back of the store and slept on a custom-made round 'record' water bed, or at least that is what overnight guests choosing not to be named have said. Weird waterbeds aside, Wayne and Ron’s was known for having a killer selection of records and ran huge discounts on every band that came to town, making them a popular spot for decades to come.
