Exploring Sarakina Canyon Kids Hoodie

Lasithi Prefecture is the less known, less travelled and discovered prefecture from all 4 of Crete island (Greece), and in my opinion that's where exactly where its "charm" lies. Many secrets to be discovered by a traveller with time and love for exploration. One of these secret is this beautiful gorge, called "Sarakina" located about 25 km to the west of my hometown, Ierapetra. You' ll have to take the west exit of the town, heading to Myrtos. You pass right beside this village and after 2-3 km you 'll turn right towards a village called Mythoi. About 3-4 km after Mythoi you will find the exit of the gorge.
