September 12, 1952, Flatwoods, West Virginia: Following the appearance of a bright object crossing the night sky, a group of Flatwoods citizens, young and old, took to the woods to investigate a strange pulsing red light. They thought they might find a downed aircraft, instead they came face to face with the 10ft tall mechanical creature, THE FLATWOODS MONSTER!
