I think the real reason I never became a big fan of sports was because they never matched up to the entertainment value that I found in Laff O lympics.

Inspired by the classic 80s animated series that started it all! Appointed as Guardian of Cybertron by Megatron, the loyal Shockwave remained stationed on the planet for millions of years, even while his teammates slumbered on Earth. He was singlehandedly (ha) responsible for menacing the remaining Autobot resistance movements on Cybertron, and when Megatron was reactivated in 1984, assisted in the development of Space Bridge technology.

Jason of Star Command is a 1978-1979 live action television series by Filmation. The series revolves around the exploits of space adventurer Jason (Craig Littler) and his colleagues, including Professor E.J. Parsafoot (Charlie Dell) and the pocket robot "Wiki" (formally W1K1). The series also stars Sid Haig as the evil Dragos, and, in the first season, James Doohan. Jason was inspired by Filmation's 1977 live-action show Space Academy, and used the same robot, Peepo.

Without question, R&S was one of the grossest, funniest, and possibly most controversial cartoon series of all time, From banned episodes to accusations of satanic messages and calls to violence, was R&S more than just peak absurd slapstick comedy?

If you grew up in the 2000s I think you would like this design.

Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids was an American animated television series created, produced, and hosted by comedian Bill Cosby, who also lent his voice to a number of characters, including Fat Albert and himself. Filmation was the production company for the series. The show premiered in 1972 and ran until 1985. The show, based on Cosby's remembrances of his childhood gang, centered on Fat Albert (known for his catchphrase "Hey hey hey!"), and his friends who routinely gathered in a North Philadelphia junkyard to play a song on their cobbled-together instruments.

Before hitting the big time with "H.R. Pufnstuf," puppeteers Sid and Marty Krofft lent their psychedelic touch to the costume design and sets of this late '60s Hanna-Barbera children's series, a laugh track-laden collection of live-action buffoonery and animated segments for undiscerning young minds. Whether in their crazy clubhouse or out cavorting among the public, costumed animal hosts Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper and Snorky would engage in all manner of harmless nonsense, and even strap on musical instruments to perform hippie-dippie rock numbers. The show remains firmly lodged in the memories of baby boomers, as well as its theme tune, "The Tra La La Song (One Banana, Two Banana)."
