These are images of random doors and windows that I came across while walking the streets of Comayagua in Honduras. I get intrigued by the richness of the colors, by the lack of colors, by the shoddy paint jobs, by the fact that most of them don’t even look structurally sound (some don’t even have straight lines). And there lies the beauty of most of what I encountered in this country. And BTW, all of these structures are occupied either by a family or by a local business. Some were quite interesting in their design and colours; others were intriguing to photograph because of their unusual structural characteristics, while others were photographed to depict the beauty in their ugliness.
