The Greatest Adventure: Stories from the Bible was a cartoon VHS series about time traveling archaeologists who visited the past to observe bible stories. I remember watching it on special occasions in Sunday school a long time ago.

Noah's Ark (1846) by Edward Hicks is a vintage Victorian Era fine art featuring a popular bible story featuring pairs of wild animals boarding an ark built by Noah. Dark storm clouds are in the sky as birds are flying around. The ark is the vessel which, according to the Book of Genesis, was built by Noah at God's command to save himself, his family and the world's animals from a worldwide deluge. The narrative features in a number of Abrahamic religions including Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Johna and the Whale

I am beginning a new series of Biblical artwork for anyone who loves the Bible and wants to support/share/display some of our well known and favorite Bible stories in a beautiful way. Hope you enjoy this idea of how I think Noah’s ark could have appeared to a whale, while contrasting the greatness of the flood over all the lands.
