After headlining the Yavin IV Victory Celebration, the Modal Nodes cut their first album, Private Tatooine. The album was a big hit on the holonet and Figrin D'an took the band on their first and only pan galactic tour.

Mos Eisley was a spaceport on the desert planet of Tatooine. It was located on the Great Mesra Plateau, north of Anchorhead, and southeast of the Jundland Wastes. The spaceport, while lacking a primary landing facility, contained 362 hangars in which arrivals could berth. The city had wide, sandy streets and many buildings of various sizes. Mos Eisley was home to various species of aliens from throughout the galaxy.

Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, also known simply as Chalmun's Cantina, or as the Mos Eisley Cantina, was a drinking and dining establishment located in the city of Mos Eisley on the desert world of Tatooine. Although a dimly lit tavern known for frequent outbreaks of violence, it was a popular stopping point for pilots, smugglers, bounty hunters, alien misfits, and renegades.
