Description: The Jerusalem Cross is an important symbol of Christianity and represents Christ's command to spread the gospel from Jerusalem all over the world. It has been interpreted differently throughout history, some claim that the bars represent the gospels of the Bible and others believe that they represent the nations from which the crusaders came. The Christogram IHS is a monogram symbolizing Jesus Christ. From Greek it is an abbreviation of the name IHΣΟΥΣ (Jesus).
