Description: The Lowell Lock Monsters played in the American Hockey League at the Tsongas Arena from 1998 to 2006 as an affiliate of the New York Islanders, Los Angeles Kings, Carolina Hurricanes, Calgary Flames and Colorado Avalanche. While in the AHL, the Lock Monsters faced the Hartford Wolf Pack, Providence Bruins, Springfield Cardinals, Worcester IceCats, Manchester Monarchs, Portland Pirates, Bridgeport Sound Tigers, Albany River Rats, Syracuse Crunch, Rochester Americans, Saint John Flames, St, John's Maple Leafs, Fredericton Canadiens, Beast of New Haven and more.
